Meditation

This is what meditation is: Once you have thoroughly learned a concept and organized the ideas in your mind, you then try to visualize it. Once you have visualization, you try to feel the essential life of the thing.

If your mind is completely focused, then the idea will move you until you are no longer the same self, and your day is no longer the same day.
Then it has become yours.
